Soviet style apartment built  for the ‘Cheese Club’ TVC

Soviet apartment interior design preparation always calls for the nostalgia feelings of childhood…feelings money can’t buy…many of us were raised in such an apartment which once was middle class benchmark of respect and prosperity.  
Key elements of it include sideboard with dinnerware set capable to serve virtually limitless guests of any kinds events; multi purpose dinner table placed in the center of the room this desk was used for family celebrations, writing desk and many other occasions; picturesque lampshade that gives the room charm and coziness; kitchen full of utensils for all occasions plus ‘Dnepr’ fridge that had eternal term of service and have seen generations of the family grown up…
Execution of such projects requires search of true vintage things and making modern materials such as door handles, tiles, tableware looking old – giving them a touch of ageing. This is the main focus of the production designer – make all the things looking true and authentic like if all this stuff   grew old in a natural way through the years. Execution of ‘Cheese Club’ project involved development and adaptation of many real locations and this allowed us to get the desired outcome.
